Wellness is a holistic, multi-faceted state of being. Each part of your life influences one another and it’s my job to help you understand how they work together so that you can make a plan and take simple, consistent actions that will make for massive transformations over time.
My Approach
I take a strategic, logical approach to health and wellness. Contrary to conventional models, I focus on stress as the foundation from which all other major wellness aspects build upon.
